The staff was super-helpful and friendly, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. They made us feel welcome and ensured that we had a pleasant stay. the hotel had solid security measures in place, which gave us peace of mind during our stay. We felt safe and secure throughout our time there.

It lacked proper linen and was not comfortable at all. This made it difficult for us to get a proper night's sleep.

The rooms at this place are mind-blowingly nice and well-kept. The staff is super helpful and they even pick you up from the airport! The pool area is great, the Wi-Fi is fast, and they have a bar/lounge area. Plus, they allow pets and have 24-hour security.

had a wonderful time at this cozy hotel in toculmen. the room was modern, clean, and had all the amenities i needed. the staff was incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel at home. can't wait to come back!
